Fox Meadows — McHenry Community Center — Hartwig Mechanical, Inc.

$4,024,900 Project 

Cunat, Inc. is working on Phase 1 of the plumbing and HVAC services for the 540-unit Fox Meadows apartment complex and Community Center in McHenry. Phase I is 9 of the 18 buildings and is expected to be completed in the next three years.


Hartwig Mechanical was awarded the project to complete Phase I of the plumbing and HVAC services .

Rockford Schools — City of Rockford, IL — Hartwig Mechanical, Inc.

ROCKFORD SCHOOLS

$15.7 Million Project

The City of Rockford is working on improving the air quality in their schools. The HVAC project includes upgrades to seven schools for 2023, and another seven schools in 2024 for $6.9M by Stenstrom Construction Group.


Hartwig Mechanical was awarded the contract with the City of Rockford to improve air quality in fourteen schools.

Pace South Campus — Harvard, IL — Hartwig Mechanical, Inc.

Pace South Campus

$5,200,000 Project

PACE’s new South Campus in Markham, IL will consist of an acceptance facility and main office building. The acceptance facility includes vehicle storage, bus service, locker rooms and various office spaces. The office building will have offices, customer service, loading dock and training and conference rooms.


Hartwig was awarded the mechanical contract of $5,200,000.

Hemens Cultural Center — Elgin, IL — Hartwig Mechanical, Inc.

Hemmens Cultural Center

$2,250,394 Project

Cordogan Clark & Associates will be transforming the 50-year-old Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin. Hartwig will be working on the nearly 11,000-square-foot addition to the north side of the building.


Hartwig was awarded the contract for HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
